Where is your web site currently hosted? Please provide hosting company domain name and your hosting account number. We will ask for login information to your hosting account once the project starts.

If necessary will you be willing to relocate your web site to a new hosting firm?

Graphic Design

Do you want to keep your current web site graphic design or do you want to redesign your web site graphics?

If you want to a new graphic design please:

• Send urls of web sites you like.
• Provide a description of the feeling you want for the new design:

• Send logos.
• Provide a list of the colors you’d like in the design.
• Provide any hand drawn ideas you may have.

Testing

We require our clients to participate in testing the software. You will be asked to:

• Review project specifications.
• Review storyboards.
• Review graphic designs.
• Proofread content and check images.
• Test software features.

Please let us know if you have the time and if you are comfortable reviewing and testing your web site software as listed above.

History

Please provide a short description of the project history.

Did you work with other developers? Did they leave the project?

Rates

We bill hourly for our software engineering expertise for most projects. For small projects with a well defined feature set we are willing to consider a fixed fee.

Billing

For new clients we request an upfront payment of 50% of the estimated project costs for the initial phase of the project.

We send invoices weekly for new clients and monthly for long term clients.

Please let us know if you are comfortable with these billing arrangements.
