    Surf to BigCommerce.com, click on Contact in top menu, click on Email Support, click on Product Support, Log in to your BigCommerce store. Create a new support case.

How to Find Your BigCommerce Support Pin

Follow these instructions to get your BigCommerce support pin:


  1. Login to your storefront.

  2. Go to the left menu and look for Help item at the bottom.

  3. Click on Help.

  4. Your Support Pin is displayed at the bottom of the Help menu.
